Media measurement is still reserved to specialists and very few editors know how to take advantage of the new flow of data provided by users and new platforms. From media measurement to media impact, a newsroom can learn how to modify and improve storytelling methods and user engagement. The goal of this session is to show that measurement - going beyond metrics and analytics - is key to innovation and sustainable journalism.
